Professional Home Staging and Property Assessment Services: Home staging can be a significant factor in selling for profits and time spent on the market.

Cost-Staging Consult: $150 (up to 1.5 hours) - A one on one with a professional home stager, with a walk through and assessment of your home from "curb to fence." Includes some suggestions for de-cluttering packing and simplifying your home for resale. On site Professional Home Staging: $400 to 600 per room, multi-room packages available; prices vary depending on scope of job. This is for services only; does not include rental of furniture or other "props" that may be needed.

Design Consultation For a professional designer to come to your home and suggest furniture placement, new furnishings and accessories. The cost is $40 per hour.

Color Consultation For expert color consultant to come to your home and suggest colors for one or more rooms is a one time charge of $200

                                                                                                                                   

Accessory / Home Shopping We will shop for the perfect accessories , lamps, artwork, or furniture to fit any area in your home for $50 a hour 


Holiday Decorating We come to your home and help add your holiday decoration in a pleasing and functional arrangement for $50 a hour (2 hour minimum)

Move In Decorating If you are moving into a new home and would like us to come place your furniture and accessories to make a transformation into your new home.

Cost-Move in Decorating $200-500 per room, multi room package available, prices vary depending on the scope of the job. The cost for the move in service is cheaper because we do not have to clear the room for decorating.

Property Assessment: $250 flat rate includes:

A personalized walk through and assessment of your property from "curb to fence"

Suggestions for de-cluttering, package and simplifying your home for resale

Home Improvement recommendations to help increase the market value of your home, such as paint, lighting and flooring

Suggestions for furniture and accessory placement as needed

Resale ready cleaning and property preparation tips & resources

Az Signature Design Concierge Services (assistance with cleaning, painting and other property preparation)

Complete Report with detailed suggestions and corresponding photos if needed

** Great Service for investments and "flip" houses; does not include shopping services if desired
